R. CHIWANDIRE
Richard earned his MBA from MANCOSA and worked in audit supervision for Coopers & Lybrand (now Ernst & Young) Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe before holding various financial management positions in private companies. He is presently a Director for Matanuska Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and the National Vice President of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI).
M. R. HILDEBRAND
Marcus holds a BSc honours in Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town. He has held and holds various executive and non-executive director roles in private companies in agriculture, distribution, and mining exploration.

Melissa holds a BSc honours in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA) and qualified as a CPA in New Hampshire (USA). Since 2000, she has held advisory, senior management, and executive director roles in regulated microfinance and micro-banking institutions in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Namibia.
J. R. MANYOWA
Formerly the Finance Director, Janet holds a BSc honours in Accounting from UNISA and has over ten years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining One Four Nine at its inception, she trained at Ernst & Young and worked with an NGO and a microfinance institution.
S. K. TURK
Stephen holds a BSc honours in Accounting from UNISA and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Zimbabwe. He worked for 23 years in audit, assurance, and advisory at Ernst & Young and was partner of the small business division, before becoming Managing Director of Datvest, CBZ’s asset management company. Further time was spent as Financial Director at Southern Diesel Services (Pvt) Ltd. He now consults privately to Zimbabwean business in the financial, taxation and investment fields.
